Note: JAM is only offering these colors for the season in the cotton shirt and we guarantee a one week turn around time. However, if you do wish to add customization, please be aware that wait times will be a little longer. Performance shirts will generally have a two week turn around time.
If you customize your shirt, the JAM logo will be moved from the chest to the left hip or left sleeve. Also, for customized orders, you will receive proof of your customization prior to printing.

Ordering
Your FREE TEAM T-SHIRT comes in a variety of colors with the team logo on the front. It is included with your team's registration in unisex sizes S - XL. Ladies' sizes. Optional sizes 2XL and 3XL are available at an additional cost.
Every team has been provided with a unique DISCOUNT CODE* via email. Please use this at the time of ordering, and before the registration deadline.
Upgrades and Custom Gear
You can apply the DISCOUNT CODE* to upgrade to a performance t-shirt, baseball jersey, or sleeveless tee!
All items can be customized. When ordering from the Product page, simply choose your options. You may need to provide more details in the form of a text file or image (in the case of an optional team logo). If you require assistance, please email support@myteamshirts.ca and let us know. Customizations are priced on a per item basis, i.e., priced per individual shirt. The total customization cost will be calculated by per-item customization cost multiplied by the quantity of the items on the order.

Delivery
- Packages are shipped by courier and include a tracking number.
- Undelivered packages are held at the courier's facility for approximately five (5) days and then returned to us.
- A reshipping charge of $20.00 will be applied to orders if they need to be resent due to a non-delivery.
